no they wouldn't. Canelo would have definitely crushed Ortiz, but Williams would have put up a good fight before losing on points or being stopped late.

Both fighters get seriously hurt. Victor is like blind for the right hands he eats all of them. More or less the same can be said about Paul.

 

Williams could, but I would not bet on him. Willy is so easy to hit that any good fighter that can crack has a good chance. Canelo is the type that would try to time him.

if this is fantasy match ups why you guys don't match Canelo with the one who beat Ortis and Paul Williams..one of them is #1 contender for ages for Canelo's belt and he have been avoiding him like a plague..

 

Ortiz? I have no idea how he would accomplish this. Williams, maybe, due to his workrate. But the way he languishes on the inside would work against him yet again.

Paul Williams would have gotten knocked out by Alvarez and Alvarez would easily knock Ortiz out. Ishida went the distance with Williams, never hurt, but Golovkin knocked him out in the third round, out cold, a KO not a TKO either.
