It will be at 144 lbs on the Paulie-Diaz II card in Chicago on HBO.Alng with the Maidana loss he also had wrist surgery in the interim.

    Vicious is back baby:bbb

Diaz is a pretty tough comeback fight but I think he should win.

Good card, Ortiz vs A. Diaz and Malignaggi vs J. Diaz.

Both of the Diaz fighters will lose. I guarantee it.

Well if he couldn't you'd imagine he'd go 147 fully.

But I agree he's growing into his body and will be a full welterweight soon.

I can't imagine after the Maidana disaster, and with all the punchers at 147, that GBP will be sending Ortiz up there any time soon. He's stocky but looks pretty soft at 140. If Urango can make it, I don't see why Victor can't still for awhile.

I have no desire to see the Glass Jawed and no heart Ortiz fight again. He is all hype by Golden Boy he should not be getting any TV dates after his last performance.

He's hardly got a glass jaw, he ended the fight on his feet and barely looked dazed..

    he lacked heart..

Victor's the man. Reminds me of a young Vargas but possibly better. We'll see.
