    BAC was higher than .15, which carries heftier fines and longer jail times if convicted. I hope that this doesn't affect the Rios fight...

    They somehow always get the sentence postponed until after their fight, so I wouldn't worry about that.

    Not that I care much about it though.

    He's a star now, so he'll probably just get a slap on the wrist. In California even if you kill someone, and you are any kind of celebrity, you can still get off. Even if your last hit was in the 1970's.

    I never understood how celebs eve get arrested for drunk driving. They have an entourage and more than enough money to just call someone and tell them to pick them up/drop them off anywhere.
