The expendables get captured and it's up to Ortiz to save them by winning a boxing match the only problem is he has the face Maidana. he quits after 3 rounds and the expendables are all executed. the end.

what people dont understand is the only reason he is in the movie is because of boxing. once he quits boxing for good he really doesnt bring anything to the table in "hollywood"

 

His first major movie being the last installment of a terrible, cheesy franchise filled with exclusively over the hill action stars should really launch him into the A list.

Hes a good looking kid, in shape, can look good in a fight scene who clearly has some connections.

I mean what does Wesley Snipes and Jason Statham "bring to the table". Shakesperean acting ability?

Its not like he was some superstar boxer that was a coup for the directors. Its something that he seems to want to do.

 

He's better off sticking to movies at this point.
