Strangely I favour Ortiz in this one. I know he is known as a quitter and a hypejob, but seriously... I saw the Maidana fight (in wich he quit of course), but was very impressed by the way he manhandeled Marcos in the first couple of rounds. And the Peterson bout aside, he did well in the fights following the Maidana one.

I'm going for a upset Ortiz win, with a round 7 or 8 corner retirement of Berto.

Pac should have gone ahead and knocked Berto out, just for fun..........

Vic did look good early on versus a reckless Maidana, but for some reason Marcos didnt respect Vic and got sloppy and got caught with some clean punches, guess he knew then what we know now, Ortiz is mentally fragile and he doesn't deserve to get beaten up like this, does he have a chance to win, of course will he win I strongly doubt it.

I agree with this... I think Berto wouuld cause lot of problems for Margo early but Margarito gets him late.... Cotto and Berto would fight on even terms but Cottos experience prevails and he also finishes Berto Late.

I strongly disagree, Cotto is still a good fighter but not the same and Margo is fukkin done, I'll take Berto over Cotto any day, beside they're both at Jr middle now so they not on the radar.

I honestly think Berto knocks Margo out he gets hit to damn much and that hoping to wear someone down late **** won't continue to prevail Berto has the power to tko Margo catching him early and often and I can see him get a decision against Cotto he fights so slow and that gives Berto action there but that would be a good 50/50 fight, I just have no confidence in Antonio at all.

I always assumed Cotto was coming back down for a fight with Berto or Zaveck after Foreman. It seems less and less likely now though.

Berto certainly has the big edge in speed to tee off on Margo but i dont think he hits as hard as Mosely and hes not as bold dont think hell take the chances and let loose on him the way Shane did.... Pac hit him with everything but the kitchen sink and didnt ko him and Pac comes from crazy angles that Margo didnt see, dont see him hitting him as much as pac did.... If Margo has anything left he will put the heat on Berto late and i dont think Berto is tough enough or defensive enough to avoid or survive the onslaught.... However Margo being totally shot is a possibility.... I also think Paul Wiliams,Angulo and maybe even Canelo take him at Junior middle.... I think Berto should stay put and hope he can get a big money fight with Mayweather or Pac. Him and Cintron would be intresting maybe pickem of maybe Cintron to big im not sure on that one???

Berto could get KTFO by Ortiz. He is a flat footed fighter who relies on his athleticism kind of like Jermaine Taylor but not that good of a puncher.
Dangerous to think he can climb that high up I see him having big problems from Ortiz and better.
