Malignaggi vs Ortiz....Golden Boy inhouse extravaganza for the summer - especially if Paulie fights and beats Zavek for the IBF.

    Bank on it :deal

I would definitely pick ortiz now, he has his head and confidence back, he was not ready for the warrior maidana back then but still managed to almost defeat him..

Ortiz would win the rematch no question. He's matured as a fighter on just about every level.

Berto had him out in the 6th, he didn't simply knew how to finish him. Ortiz ate too many overhand rights, Maidana's best asset. I'll take Maidana again, at 140 or 147#.

WAR Ortiz! Avenge that loss by making this fight happen, I think he'd stop Maidana this time around.

Ortiz will clearly win a rematch he may hit the deck again but I think the last two fights Maidana has had exposed him especially the last fight, notice when ever Maidana gets his hands moving especially on the inside he falls forward while punching leaving him off balance throwing meaningless shots this is how Morales was able to slip so easily on the inside and though he would get tagged he wasnt catching those shots flush due to Maidanas feet being off balance.
    Ortiz will win IMHO

We don't know that. A guy resting on the ropes inviting you in isn't a true test of heart like a guy who's willing to walk through your punches to hurt you.

Hope he does get the rematch and he ****s him up, though. Maidana is such a little *****.

"I will face him again, provided that I get a convenient offer of course. But now he is in the 147-pound division and that could be an obstacle." -Maidana after ortiz-berto fight

I think at 140, maidana myt have a chance, but 147 would be pushing it
especially if its d same ortiz that showed up last nyt
