This would be a good Welterweight debut for Garcia if the Matthysse rematch doesn't happen.

Garcia wins, Will be a good fight for first few rounds then Ortiz activity begins to drop in the later rounds, quits & then morphs into a tree.

 

Will Ortiz quit, or will he get stopped? Glass jaw vs glass heart.

 

3 years ago , i would give Vicious a good shot to beat Garcia .

But right now ? Cant see Victor pulling it off .
