Does Cotto have a glass jaw does Gamboa, Margoreto, james toney, Clottey,Juan lopez, Khan, Some one hits the canvas 1 or 2 times they have a glass jaw, you might as well say all boxers have a glass jaw you Dummy, I don't care how great a fighter you are sooner or latter your going to hit the canvas and that does not make you a bad fighter sometimes it wakes you up and helps bring you to another leval look at pac man he's been down do you call him glass jaw, when you talk think a little and try common sense.:huh

Thanks for the heads up, I wouldn't have known he was fighting otherwise. It's something to look forward to, shame I won't be able to watch it live here in the UK.

People seem to have completely written off Ortiz after the Maidana bout. That'll change soon though, as I still think he'll go on to become one of the elites of the 140/147 divisions.

I used to think so too but he appears to be a lil chinny and whats worse is it seems like he lacks that fire. Maybe its due to him knowing he was supposed to be the next biggest thing.

I hope he just gets back in the gym and completes himself.

Really? I think his chin is ok, maybe average at worst. He took some monstrous shots from Maidana, and managed to stay on his feet. Yes he was knocked down once, but he recuperated pretty well.

I think he'll bounce back the Maidana defeat, in similar fashion to Khan bouncing backing from Prescott. I think he will go on to be the next big thing, with him and Khan being involved in a HUGE fight down the line. It will happen :bbb

Yeah I think some guys are jumping off the Victor Ortiz bandwagon a little too quickly. A prospect is truly defined in the next five fights after his toughest fight. We'll see how Ortiz does during step 2 of his five step program

Especially when he faces Nate Campbell in the summer. An impressive win will surely put him back in the spotlight again

Yeah that's the thing, if Ortiz wasn't sure of himself and/or GBP was truly worried about Ortiz' confidence and/or ability to digest things as a fighter, they wouldn't be putting him in there with a guy who eats prospects for lunch.
