I saw some fights of Rosa and he is clearly talented, the question is whether Saludar's experience will be too much. Saluder however blows hot and cold most of the time so you never know.

Why are they using the world's cheapest shittiest microphone in the world's somehow windiest indoor venue? This audio is almost unlistenable; got my volume cranked way down to next to nothing.

KO1 for Yan Santana (whom the onscreen graphic incorrectly had down as "Brahian Jesús Frías"; the ring emcee introduced him during the ring walks and then in the announcement of his victory as "Yan Carlos Santana", which matches his pic on Google. BoxRec has Yan Santana vs. TBA listed on the card, but has neither Brahian Jesús Frías nor Juan Ramón Nicasio on there. :nusenuse:)

I expected this outcome after seeing Delgados Boxrec profile. He got knocked out against a guy with 1-14 record.

Yet another one that doesn't match up with BoxRec.

Travis Shelton was supposed to be facing another Dominican named Ariel Cabral in Cabral's pro debut. Guess they needed a late replacement and found the American visitor a different local B-side to whoop on. He comes in 4-0 and Delgado is 0-2.

edit: and yep, another KO1. Vicious body shot KO. Delgado was straight up murdered, sent flying across the ring...from a body punch. Just laying there supine, breathing rapidly. He might need to be stretchered out!

(disclaimer: I would never joke about fighters being stretchered out if there were a head shot involved - especially not after watching Kovalev vs. Simakov unfold live, that was horrific. Body shots, though, are pretty much never as worrisome and while I guess one could be fatal it'd be very flukey)

This could be yet another KO1, three in a row. Romero is 37yo with eighteen losses, a dozen by stoppage. Begué is a product of the Cuban amateur system (good enough to face some of his best countrymen, although he seems to never gotten the better of them; 0-2 each versus Julio C. La Cruz and David Morrell, for instance) and is coming in 3-0 with 2 kayos. Be shocked if this goes six.

...weird, Begué made Romero wait a few minutes in the ring before doing his own walk. Last minute glove or wardrobe maintenance or mind games? Or maybe he just needed a quick poo?
