Bud I'm pleased you won your bets, but the fact that you've put you have to be elite to be a world champion is nonsense. Multiple belts in every weight class means that you do not have to be elite to become a wound champion in boxing and Bellew won a vacant title, he didn't even beat a champion.
Its time for tony to prove it now if his fans are to be believed. Always been underrated. But hes a good solid fighter more than being anywhere near elite...he's more benefitting from being in a position with a strong promoter ATM...selecting fights that suit him down to the ground. I still say they knew haye was done before that first fight was signed but I,ll concede if bellew fights a world class fighter next and not one who,s retired or an average fighter. I don't see what the problem is on one hand we,ve got him and half the forum saying hes brilliant. His divisions red hot atm. How come not one of these fans that rate him so highly are pushing for him to fight the top guys. That's what I don't get. Instead hes up at heavy looking for gimme,s. Looking like he,ll hide away from the cruisers. Let's get say parker in the ring with him. Haye got devoured for his heavyweight resume. Yet gave away stones and massive height against valuev and klitchko etc. If bellews so brilliant and Hayes a coward...let's get these fights on. Usyk or even parker etc. If hes so brilliant how come the best of his resume is makabu, masternuk, chilemba. Good wins. But come on its hardly a resume of a brilliant fighter. I take my hat off to him tbh. His resume,s solid but let's get it right the type of credit hes getting and giving himself its time to pay the piper.
Haye's always been a flailing mess. Throwing wild winging punches. Now he's lost a bit of speed any decent boxer can pick him apart. Haye's never been a skillful boxer. Bellew is a decent boxer, nothing special.
He didn't need head movement against this Haye. Damn, Haye is done for, there is nothing left of him..........................never seen his this bad, it wasn't Bellew, it was Haye........................he went down hill a lot, more than I could have imagined, I'm surprised at how bad he looked................
