Nice speed kidda! Maybe use a few more decoys with your arms before you punch. Hope you get well soon!
nice speed but why do i feel that you think you need to throw punches as fast as possible to look good. i hope if you spar you'd using timing. i'd also much prefer to watch you step off and move a little rather than have this little pause then shake off before resetting to punch as fast as you can.
I love how he drops his hands after he throws a punch EVERY SINGLE TIME All somone would have to do is take a step back and throw a right to knock him the **** out :rofl:rofl:rofl
**** man, thats some blazing fast speed. But it sort of looks like your just throwing out punches instead of pretending like your actually fighting :good
im a power puncher more then speed ive kod a guy in first rund ill post that up sum time and im not trowin them punchs as fast as i can
so how did your lung collopse? are you still training? i assume you have talked with your doctor about it? i hope your not sparring now...
ya i was in hospital fr a week i had swine flu and yumonia at the same time . i really did have swine flu and if u choose to not belevie ,me fine
Bit defensive there fella, nobody said you didn't. Like others said, you had very nice hand speed, but when you throw punches, you tend to do this little sort of pause like achilles said when you stop throwing and reset yourself to throw again. I appreciate that if you're shadow boxing in your kitchen like that you don't have an awful lot of room to move around - so maybe you are doing this in sparring I don't know - but shift your feet a bit more and move instead of just pausing and leaving yourself in range and relatively open. Also, a lot more head and upper body movement can never hurt. Keep your opponent guessing. Don't just stand there in range with your upper body and head routed to the same place with your hands up, otherwise you're giving him time to set himself and he'll always know where the target is for him to punch. Fight more out of rhythm and keep your opponent guessing.
Damn man I was expecting a crap vid. You actually looked pretty damn sharp! Work on adding a bit of twist on that rear leg when you throw the straight. Drive from the floor rotating your shoulders into the straight. Snapping back to starting position after (imagined) contact. Same goes for the left hook, but in reverse. Then again you can pitty pat your way to a win too! We can't see your foot movement from here due to space restrictions, but you were doing this for the camera. So you get a pass for a good showing in other areas. All in all though solid show for a dude on linoleum in socks. I bet you are hell on the playground! Hahaha!
