Think a lot of you are looking for something that isn't there. And weak though the shot may be, It was enough to knock Usyks head back and force him to take a step back.

Also, It doesn't really make sense for the corner to stop the fight at that moment. There were what? Two seconds remaining in the final round?
Joshua was on the ropes, but he wasn't defensless.
Imagine your corner throwing in the towel with two seconds to go of the 12th with three belts (and your reputation) on the line?

They will have heard the round end warning. And the round ended 10 seconds after that. It would be crazy for them to be trying to throw in the towel at that moment.

    Bro you blind or deaf?
THAT SHOTIDN"T land I had the whole gala on 3 different releases all matches on my PC. From one of the angles/perspective it may looks like Joshua landed a baby weak shot, but from the other angle is quite obvious that this shot didn't land.
And there was absolutely no snap of the head. Get your facts right, and stop saying nonsenses.
Also I don't care for the ***** they were weaving the towel. But it's quite obvious for anyone that watched boxing is that this is a move to stop the fight.
They are not supernatural, they obviously need a time to react on the onslaught Usyk put on AJ. You cannot expect them to start weaving at the exact same time Usyk start landing.
Joshua was on the verge of getting stopped and that corner move is as shady as it gets.
That is an indicator that they want to stop the match. And I don't get how you interpret this, when you start weaving the towel like that, is a sign you want to stop the fight - FACT.
And why would they do it, maybe to safe Joshua from going down or taken further beating ? Even the referee was watching very closely that onslaught.

Here is a ***** screen, cause you obviously need to visit a doctor for your eyes:

Never put the two and two together.

AJs corner start swinging (signalling) the towel and the bell rings.. it looks so bad, so so bad.

Watch it, it's actually rather incredible, it had to be a signal to ring the bell.

Should have time stamped, go from about 7 minutes 15 seconds.

That was the “wind up” before the official throw in the towel throw LOL.

It's very easy to just time the round and see if it was actually stopped early. For how many people are making a big deal out of the early stoppage thing why hasn't anyone actually timed the actual round? Anyone with access to a computer and a stopwatch could do in it in less than 4 minutes so why hasn't anyone? Did AJs corner swing the towel to signal the 10 second clappers too?

Why would anyone wave a towel to stop a fight?

The whole point is to get the refs attention ASAP and throwing the towel is far more effective than waving it around.

I can just picture Rob McCracken giving it the old "Brilliant, AJ, just brilliant! You're doing a wonderful job!" while Usyk has Joshua hurt and backed up in the ropes, ready to go.

Like Art Donovan in the Louis vs Schmeling II fight, who contemptuously got rid of the towel and gave Schmeling the full ten count anyway.

There is a Deontay Wilder joke in all of this somewhere but I can't find it.

Nah...not the same. Waving the towel can't stop the fight but throwing it into the ring can.

Something was up, they weren’t waving it to root Joshua on that point. I don’t think it was a signal to ring the bell but I do think they wanted refs attention
