Chances are if JMM is doping..... he has been for years as he's right there in the center of the drug capital of the world. All the roids, PEDs and other illegal performance substances are located in MX. So in all likelihood Mexican fighters in general are more susceptible to doping than any other country in the world. EPO is everywhere in pro cycling. "Conditioning coaches" like Eufemiano Fuentes and Michelle Ferrari supply it by the bucket load. It's not cheap, but it's widespread. You are absolutely deluded if you think you can't get EPO.
