he's pretty much undisputed champ.. big fights will come, because other fighters need title shots.. he's willing to fight anyone..
also, he can host some of his future fights in Florida where there's a huge Cuban population... with talent, people will take notice and have no choice but to respect it. Ward is probably less exciting than Rigo and he does just fine..

that's not even the point though, the point is, what kind of promoter talks down on his own fighter after such a huge win. it's clear that he had high hopes of Donaire winning and didn't fathom the thought of Rigo doing what he did.. Terrence Crawford fought a couple of weeks ago and fought an even more defensive fight on his debut of HBO, and Arum didn't criticize him, but praised his talent.. why the difference with Rigo?
    Arum's agenda is see thru..
but you can continue sucking his dick..

:patsch That's not how it works noob. Being champ doesn't promise one will put butts in seats, sell out a venue, or attract viewers on cable.

As for Ward, he's doing marginally alright. Nothing to brag about, and CERTAINLY not proof of anything. In fact, if you think Ward is 'doing just fine', you are actually making Arum's point even stronger. Ward is not a draw, not a ratiung attraction, or a seller. But he has the backing of cable and had a hell of a showing in the S6.

Rigo will need help in selling a card. A lot. And that's not a knock on him at all, just how it is.

In other words, it's apples and oranges. But just like your down low bro BBallcunt, you're a ****in noob to boxing too. Not to mention, a catty drama queen.

Arum will be praising rigo soon enough. It's what promoters do. And you'll still be acting like a ****in drama queen. Stick to being a black **** sucking Down low bro, K cellz? Cheers!!

What about how Arum treated Bradley? He trashed Bradley after the Pacquiao fight. They don't even speak anymore. Debouf handles all of Bradley's promotion now.

:huh What about it? Are you under the impression I think Arum is a saint? Of course he isn't. But this thread is about rigo, and the difficulties in promoting him. Lets not all act like promoting Rigo will be a piece of cake now. :patsch

My point is that it is valid to question whether or not Arum is the right promoter for Rigondeux. Arum does not put full effort behind all of his fighters. Tim Bradley is a prime example of this. It doesn't matter if Rigo is a hard sell, the promoter shouldn't be saying that. Imagine if an NFL agent told the media that one of his clients doesn't deserve a big contract. That would not go over well. Arum is a salesman. He has to sell people on his fighters. If he doesn't believe in certain fighters, then he shouldn't promote them.

Ward sales pleanty of tickets in Oakland, so d say he's doing "just fine".
And u use Ward competing in the s6 as an example to why hes doing ok, well Rigo just beat an extremely popular top rated fighter.
Fact is, u dont know what the **** the future holds for him as a crowd seller and neither does Arum.
But its ok, suck his dick for the sake of going against the grain like the whining 'drama queen' ***** you are..

the way I see it, it may not matter who promotes Rigo. We can't just fault Arum for thinking he'll be a tough sell. I mean, FFS...we are all boxing fans who have seen this replayed time and time again. So no one should be surprised that a fighter who does not employ a fan friendly fighter is looked at as a tough sell.

And yes, I agree Arum does not put full effort behind all his fighters. that can be said for every promoter BTW. I do agree that Arum should not have said that about Rigo. But in a ferw months, no one will remember, or give a **** about that particular comment. And then when Rigo has another fight set, Arum will do his thing and promote Rigo as if he's god. it's what they do.

But in retrospect, Arum should keep those negatives about his crew to himself and his staff.

I think it would be a challenge in promoting Rigondeaux. Fighters like Pacquiao, Rios, Provodnikov are easy because they put on very exciting fights. Look, I loved the fight on Saturday, but it wasn't necessarily for the masses. Rios/Alvarado was for everyone or virtually everyone.

I think it's kind of crazy that Arum would speak negatively about his fighter, but that could be part of the promotion or it could be him being an old senile ass hole. He's been saying a lot of crazy **** over the years.

Of course Arum wanted Donaire to win, in fact it was simply expected. Rigo doesn't engage with the audience, he doesn't speak English, he doesnt talk **** like Mayorga, he's not the pretty boy or the golden boy. He does have an amazing back story, that can get get sympathy, but overall it's a hard sell.

*****, did you hear me say that it would be easy? u act as if there are soooo many huge draws on Arum's roster like Rigo is the odd man out..
I don't mind Arum's thoughts, i just find it odd for him to ridicule Rigo publicly, and it shows that he doesn't have faith in his fighter.. what's the point of promoting him? i'm positive he's dealt with much worse..
u can suck his dick all you want, but we haven't seen his future crowds yet, now have we?
    ****in meth head..

so you obviously think Arum calling Rigo is a dumb idea if he wants to promote him since you hope people will forget the negative thing Arum said about him 5 months from now

and there's nothing to really retort. This is common sense. If you have a product you're selling, you would want to hype it up and make people want to buy it.

If you went to college, you'd know that :rofl

:patsch Still the same little **** eh cellz. Look drama queen, I'm not acting like anything. How can I when all I have contended was, Arum will have some difficulties promoting Rigo. You and your 69ing ****** lover bballcunt are the ones freaking out over comments thaat will not be remembered in a month.

Gee...have we seen future crowds? I guess not. Does that have anything to do with what I said? NOPE!! you silly ***s have conversations by yourself, since I said nothing that reflects any of that.

I doubt you even get what I said. You just respond before reading ANYTHING....

If you need to make a big drama queen deal outta something small, start with that inch sized dick you let bballcunt chew on.
