    All the few current amateur fights I have brought myself to watching these days are so miserable by comparison... "I think he blinked, let's give him a standing eight!"...I'm just throwing that in there. *****, *****, moan, moan, etc. Anyway, I was really happy to find this footage and thought I'd share in case it hadn't been posted. And if it has, sue me.

    I consider Floyd Patterson to be "the greatest" heavyweight champion of all time. He was all class and set the bar of how a champion should behave. Ali was "the best" heavyweight of all time.

    Anyone who doesn't like Floyd Patterson is 100% unequivocally pure evil. :fire:fire:fire I've always said this.

    Classic, I am very disappointed in you this day. I posted this in the effing general forum and got more responses. Of course, one of the responses was that Hasim Rahman would eat up Patterson, but still, it's a response.

    an old neighbour of mine boxed in the 52 olympics.said he sparred with patterson and he was the best he had seen.he also talked to Johansson both were gentlemen he said
