With a name like Moton, he's probably destined to get eaten by the big bad wolves in boxing later on, or was that mutton.
Not necessarily. Many great fighters never fought a #1 ranked opponent before their 10th pro fight. But, it's tall order for Curmel to match or surpass Inoue. Time will tell.
Damn Joker a 17 year old got you this shook one fight in? Jeez let the kid have some fights and be confident. How many fights before he faces a champ has no bearing on whether he ends up better than Inoue, his skill and work does. Will say this though, last time I saw a 17 year old have grownups this shook we ended up with Lebron James be careful.....
There's a reason why Joe Rogan says one of his favorite podcasts ever was with this dude. They're both from out west, I guess. I hope he wins in his campaign.
He looks learning disabled when I first saw him with Floyd I thought that he was a make a wish kid that wanted to meet Floyd.
Nah, I'm excited to see where this kid goes. But so far, he's been using Inoue's name like crazy for clout. He picked Fulton to beat Inoue, but then in a follow up interview, he was all restrained in his praise. Then he said that he spanked Inoue's sparring partner who supposedly worked Inoue hard. Now he's saying he's gonna be better than Inoue. 17 or 30, this is the fight game — you can talk all the smack you want, but you're accountable and gotta stand on it and back up your claims. It's like you're shook that people should be held accountable for their trash talk.
Of course there are many paths to greatness, but Inoue became champ in his 6th pro fight. Curmel talking a big game, so becoming a champ under 6 fights would be a great start to toppling Inoue. Don't you want fighters to back up their talk? @sdot_thadon 's afraid of the word accountability. It's vewwy, vewwy scare for him.
Oh i see what it's about, he mentioned your man crush. That thing you got with Inoue seems unhealthy imho. Nobody cares that much about that guy lol. He's an elite fighter but get over it man. You're carrying on about holding a 17 year old kid that's had exactly one fight as a professional accountable in a sport where people talk **** and lie in almost every press conference and interview. I'm sure you don't have a bias bone in your body and held all the fighters you fanboy over accountable too right? If the kid doesn't pan out nobody will even remember this and he'll be a footnote in boxing history and really far down the list of people who said something and didn't live up to it.
He doesn't need to become champ in 6 or less fights to topple Inoue. Like you said, there are many paths to greatness. He can topple Inoue other ways. Like I said, that's a tall order.
Dude, you're angry because I'd like to see a boxer back up his words? You felt you needed to defend a guy who's chosen his career path though violence? That's weird.
