Tell that to Mikey Garcia or Morales(in his prime even)

They'd knock your head off, and you can't say they have bad stamina, definitely not Morales or Rios anyway.

he cant accept the fact that training HARD for 5 months aint gonna cut it on elite level fighters with no skills to back it up....if these has soaked in his head he wouldnt be crying...

sorry but it is the truth...all rios has is an iron chin and a warrior's heart...

but elite level skills?? not in this lifetime....

    Classless, bunch of you are.

The man poured out his life, soul and heart and sacrificed tons for his passion, that is boxing.
Of course he will get emotional.

If you haven't been in the same state as Rios was in that video, either:

    1. You are lazy bums who never really have the guts to put dividends of blood, sweat and tears to their most loved sport, and

    2. You are fat asses who will never understand the roller coaster of emotions that overwhelms you when competing at the elite level, or

    3. Never understood sports really. So GTFO of ESB.

Rios seems like a good guy. I've got a lot of respect for him.

Cant believe people would rag on Rios for getting emotional about losing his big fight. Not everyone can win, thats life.. but at least he put 100% effort into it which is a lot more than most people can say.

Most people don't have what it takes to get through a tough training camp let alone a actual fight with one of the best. I bet most of the people laughing at Rios would break on the first day of camp and cry all the way home.

This is about it IMO^. I'd never think of criticising a guy for welling up when he's just worked his ass off for months and fallen short of his dream on the biggest day of his life - he cried because it is such a raw time for him.

I woulda thought everyone would at least be able to empathise...I ain't even close to being a Rios fan, but surely most of us know what it is like to be denied or fail at something we've worked really hard for.

I don't have a problem with it. Rios trained hard and honestly thought he was going to be victorious on Saturday. So he got emotional after the fight so what?

Some of you act like he was crying because he is in pain, he was emotionally invested and lost. Sometimes emotions get the best of you.
