I've been wondering this as well. If anyone deserves a shot at Canelo, it him. I think it would be the first true test of Canelo's career.

All I was trying to say was that just because Lara struggled with (and couldn't KO) Molina does not mean he couldn't KO Canelo. Molina is one of the best defensive fighters in the sport. Canelo's defense is not that great (Gomez was able to land a lot of shots on him, and he's a bum), so I don't think it's obsurd to think that Lara could KO him within 6. I certainly don't predict it happening, but I wouldn't be shocked if it did. After all, Cotto's little brother was almost able to KO Canelo in one of the early rounds of their fight (even though Canelo was only 19 at the time).
