Not sure how seriously to take Rampage.. He has looked better before fights physically, maybe the training he was talking about is all technique. Feel bad for Rashad, almost want to root for him after seeing the lack of love. For one, I don't like that he named himself Sugar, nor the sort weird movements he uses in the ring, but respect his work ethic and his personality overall is pretty good.
I never liked Rashad until T.U.F. as a coach. Then I realized how played out Rampages routine is and Rashad came off as a MUCH MORE likeable guy. With that said the last time we say Rampage SO focused and angry was the staredown right before Wandy destroyed his life in the first fight. might be a good sign for Rashad.
