    I sure as hell hope he does not take a break, though he will take a 3 month break in jail. I could totally see jail messing with floyd and him become some sort of born again christian. It happens to alot of people. Floyd also talks about the gloves he will be using against cotto. 10 oz, though if I was miguel I would of asked for 8.

    Floyd never talks about his hands anymore, i know he use to injure them alot. has anyone heard about how he deals with it now?

    That treatment he got on the Mayweather-Hatton 24/7 for his hands has helped them hold together, combined with less activity.

    He may take a break, because there will be no one for him to fight in a major PPV in the fall. (Arum is planning Pac's next fight already, so he is out). Perhaps the winner of Khan-Peterson or Martinez (who may be out as he is planning to fight in Sept).

    Canelo wont fight Floyd this soon, he is simply not ready.

    hes obviously taking a break cuz hell be locked up. might need to use pacquiao as a tune up for Martinez :yep

    he'll still be training in jail. Hours of shadowboxing in that little cell... what else has he got to do.

    i think the martinez bout happens, but them havign the same promoters, we will see mayweather canelo in 2013

    Weird how on 24/7 he was saying he wanted to fight again later this year. You never know with floyd though. I think he will keep active, he isn't getting any younger.

    I hope its just because he cant get a fight. Martinez is tied up and Pacquiao negotiations keep falling through. There is probably no one else for him to make good money against.

    Even he knows those are bad fights. He already said Canelo is no where near him and Kirkland was outclassed by Molina. Khan might happen but i dont want to see it. I would rather watch him fight Ortiz again.
