I fully agree/know that Arum would never feed his main star to someone he despises like Mayweather. However, Mayweather made it very easy for Arum to walk away and he did so smiling. In the end, there's a reason Cotto miraculously became an option to Mayweather as soon as he left Top Rank.

Now you're not making sense. What the **** does him losing, have to do with him now demanding something that he was dead set against. He coudl've done the Rios with no drug testing. He is still the A side in that fight an the shot caller. The fact that he now all of sudden is ok with drug testing, even though no one is even asking for him, is blatant hypocrisy and damning proof that he ducked the fight with Mayweather.

If he wasn't worth as much as he thought he was Mayweather wouldn't have offered him $40 million. Yes he was worth that and more, which is why Mayweather wanted all the PPV earnings knowing the sales would most definitely break records.

Very simple, because he was in a position to say no. He was the #1 fighter at the time and the face of boxing with an entire nation literally worshiping his trails. Had he accepted that offer which came with racist remarks insulting his own people(and an apology shortly following it), blood testing demands which came with cries of "cheater" and whatever else he would have single handedly trampled on his position in both life and the sport. Trust me, it makes perfect sense if you think about it. All what happened during those negotiations were nothing but mind games from both sides. If Mayweather seriously wanted it he would have found a way to make it, the same can be said about Arum. BOTH sides didn't make it easy on each other yet most of the hilarious demands sadly came from Mayweather. He pretty much made it easy for Arum to say "**** off".

Have to completely agree with this, look if I was Pac at the time & I've got my future oppomemt and nearly his entire family that I'm some kind of monster & my head has gone bigger & I'm destroying guys I should be having a hard time with & my opponent is wanting me to bow down to him & take a drug test when I'm no1, well then he can fook right off, if he's **** scared of me & he's saying it publicly then I dont want him to feel better about himself, I want to scare him more, make him doubt he can beat me..
I know I'm clean why the foook should I prove it to you when I'm number 1?

On the other hand if Floyd had lobbied his home state with the helping of Golden Boy and some more of his powerful friends to introduce mandatory olympic style testing in all fights, he could have even have offered to pay for the testing since he was going to make $100 million, it would have made him look better to the public & Pac wouldn't have had a choice.

Youre position still makes no sense. Pacquaio was dead set against drug testing. He turned down Mayweather because of it. It was the biggest roadblock to making the fight. Pac position was that he was a clean fighter and didn't need it. Now the Mayweather fight is off the table, there's now one else out there to force him to take the tests, and yet sudenly now not only is he ok with it, but he's insiting on it. It makes him look terrible.

Pacquaio was the darling of boxing a few years ago in terms of popularity, but people now see him for he is. A talented, but overrated offensive fighter who got exposed by an old counterpuncher and a guy who was never on mayweather's level in terms of both skill, and revenue drawing power.

Pretty much sums it up ....In reality, neither of them really wanted the fight

Pac is now 0-2 in his last 2 matches and is no longer a draw in the sport (well people are interested in his comeback but he is not the face of the sport anymore). Also this next fight will determine the rest of his career.

Floyd on the other hand, is about to break the highest PPV/Gate fight purse ever, surpassing the one he and ODLH currently have, and walk away with about $40 million ... Not to mention has a decent stable of fighters, one of which is already a champion. I think its obvious why Team Pac are desperately seeking the fight now:bbb

I think Floyd wins here. But that's not the PROB. The thing is like most of Pacquiao's opponents got sliced and diced. Did you see Marquez's face he was leaking bad. Nose was ripped. That's why Froid is scared.Dis is the thing Froid is worried about and trying to void at all cost. Cotto bust his ass open imagine what Pac would do to his face y'all.

Say it how it really is.....

1.. Paquiao got awarded a very close victory controversially

2... He wasn't at his best but he did beat Bradley fairly comfortably but got screwed

3.. he got KO'd by a lucky punch when he got too aggressive going in for the kill against Marquez At the time Manny was whupping on Marquez but got careless

Where in that do you come to the conclusion he is shot and does not deserve a shot at Floyd ?? It depends on how he reacts to the KO mentally the proof will be against Rios. Fighting fighter after they've had losses hasn't worried Floyd before so why now??? In fact he wont fight the dangerous ones till they've had a bad loss
