I admit that I dont know sh#t about Sports Psychology, but I cant take you too serious with your name that should have a "Than" instead of a "Then"
I will have a look at the Youtube part you mention, and come back to you.

    Edit
Just watched it and I think Froch was joking and being a bit sarcastic. The laugh after the comment seemed to indicate a joke and then after the comment about him possibly not being big enough, Froch even said we dont know if his power will come up and Groves said he would take on all comers. That wasnt a swerve.

AS for GGG not losing. He may be the best thing ever, but we have not seen him against top comp for whatever reason. I would like to see him against a top fighter

You come across like you are trying to build GGG up. GGG has yet to really step up for whatever reason.
GGG does not look a big MW

Did you people even watch it? It was clear that froch was all over the place, groves has him mentally again. Froch is already fighting a battle mentally even before he gets in the ring.

Froch consumed all his water, groves didnt touch his which tells you a lot.

And yeah watch that facebook video. Froch says hes going to duck golovkin haha. Carl 'the ducker' froch

That's kind of the joke buddy.

Im not using that quote from Froch and saying he's ducking GGG or that he's scared or any stupid nonsense like that. Im just saying that he said it. Despite him being completely truthful about how good Golovkin is, I think Froch is one of the only men who would step up to him.
He laughed after he said it as an indication that he doesn't care about telling the truth. Like "ha yeah i said it". But its true what you say, his power might not travel up with him up in weight, thats something we will have to find out.

Couldn't agree more with your last statement. Let me tell you; I've been watching boxing for years and i have never seen a fighter in GGG look so fearless and unstoppable. He kind of reminds me of Hagler in that way. Nice guy out of the ring, mean guy in it. Im not a fan of bigging up hype jobs and trolling just to hit peoples nerves because i have better things to do. But i know talent when i see it. And that man has some serious talent.
As well, a guy could have a combined record of 500-0 in amateur and pro by KOing every opponent in round 1 but people would still find a way to criticize. Im not a hater of any boxer. But im a lover of great talent.

that last bit with the handshake is the best bit. George pulled Carl across to try and get another edge, but Carl reacted by doing the same and basically pulled George on top of the table.

    Haha.

George needs to stop looking for reactions because if he doesn't get what he's looking for, the games will end up being turned on their head and George will be the one who's having doubts.

either way, it's all good. the build up has kept everyone talking and interested, and we haven't even got to the fight yet. so, the main course is still to come.

this is going to a special night whoever wins. boxing for once, has won. all we need is another great fight to give it a final polish, and it will live long in the history books.

You guys are reading too much into these theatrics. I recall not long ago some were saying how Rigo was going to get destroyed by Donaire based on their stare down. We know how that turned out. The only thing that matters is what happens in the ring. If George can keep his composure and improve he's endurance, he can stop Carl late in the fight.

Just watched Froch-Groves I some thoughts:

Groves has some unusually long arms and has pretty good handspeed

Froch looked spooked by the 1st round knockdown took him 5 rounds just to get in a groove after that

That referee was a disgrace. Just awful stopping the action and over exerting himself into the fight reminded me of Joe Cortez

It was a British Stoppage which ruined what was up to that point a good fight. I am looking forward to the rematch Froch is a likeable guy and I enjoy watching him fight.

We'll see. Groves has a huge hand speed advantage from what I saw.

    lol that was great.

ironically, this fight face off went exactly like their first fight. Groves having a great start then getting KO'd in the end.

i was starting to like Groves and was likely gonna root for him, but after this, i think im siding with Froch.

This time Froch seems to have an edge in the pre-fight games, but Groves doesn't look lost or defeated.

This fight is going to be EXPLOSIVE.
