    If Chavez is placed at #1, then the guy who beat him for the Junior Welterweight title, Randall, and the guy who for all intents and purposes would have beaten him - Meldrick Taylor - if Steele didn't stop it with 2 seconds left, should at least be in the top 10.

    True, Taylor and Randall didn't make a ton of defenses, but they showed a higher peak level than either Hatton or Tzyu.

    Taylor beat a very, very good fighter, Buddy McGirt for the title

    Randall beat Chavez, arguably should have won the rematch, and beat a very competent Coggi after that.

    An argument can be made of Cervantes being listed 1 slot above Locche,...don't agree with it based on how Locche clowned and outpointed the Colombian over 15, and only won on cuts ve a past prime, old Locche a few years later.

    I agree with you about The Surgeon Randall....the man dethroned JCC brilliantly the first time, was royally screwed in that rematch and probably so again in their non title 3rd match.
