Wlad is THE Champion so by rights should enter second and get top billing. Haye shouldn't be bothered by that ****, how much difference does it make if the fight is called Haye-Klitschko or Klitschko-Haye?

Fight in Germany? Debatable. Should depend on where most money can be made if both sides have sense.

Gloves? Wlad and Haye both wear Grant gloves. Moot point.
