    I don't know if you guys have seen this fight yet but it's a gem. What stood out to me was the quickness of Provodnikov's hands in delivering those power punches, he's very underrated by most people in the hand speed department. Respect for the Drunken Master, he's tough as nails but way past his physical prime in this fight to last the full 12 Rounds with Provodnikov.

    Emanuel Augustus was a very good fighter. Tough like nails as you pointed out. Quick and enough pop to keep you at bay. Too bad he was robbed SOOO many times in his career. Really enjoyed ALL of his fights on all the networks over the years.
    Provodnikov is really a good fighter. Smart and a very solid chin. His hands on TV do not look like their are that fast, but some how, he connects and the opponents seems surprised.
    Reminds me of Joe Mesi - under rated handspeed + timing, with good power.

    I remember watching this fight on ESPN. Can't believe this was back in 2010. Time flies. Before I know it I'm going to be an old man wondering where time went.

    a young augustus would have made him look silly. clear to see early on...he's not the same fighter he once was. it would have been great to see this play out if both were in their primes.

    Funny to see how Provodnikov has turned himself into a hot commodity.

    I remember after this fight went down how all everyone was saying about Provodnikov is that he's a brute entertaining slugger to make undercards and FNF's fun... nothing more.

    Augustus was one Hell of a fighter, hated to see him take such punishment, even after he went down the last time, he still wanted to keep fighting, dangerous fight for anyone. Provodnikov is a much better fighter now, hits much harder, better defense, he beat the living Hell out of Bradley, caused Bradley to have real problems, left Bradley on the canvas, and was cheated out of some knockdowns, by the idiot referee.
