I'm leaning towards Fury right now, ever so slightly. My biggest question marks, however, surround Fury and not Wladimir.

And as for Fury's conditioning, I read something somewhere yesterday that said he shed all of the weight and is already at fighting weight. Not sure if it's true, but I read that's what was being reported by Fury's camp.
