bottomline is both test have no significant factual difference with each other. can be negotiated but can be denied by any camp. blood test simply does no wonders.

Not sure how this is relevant to what Conte said, which is that blood tests to detect indirect markers of usage are necessary as urine tests have too short a window to be used exclusively.
