Don’t you think Inoue needs at least one elite win before putting him the top 3 P4P, let alone #1? Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love his skill set and his power at 118 is bone-rattling...even his resume is pretty thin, man. He didn’t fight any of the top guys there either. Not saying he won’t beat everyone at 118, but he hasn’t....yet.
Ok, cool. That I can get down with, I saw dudes discussing P4P earlier in the thread and figured you were also. My bad.
Not only are the lower divisions really thin, but Inoue hasn’t even fought the top guys at 118 yet and didn’t fight anyone at 115 either. Clearly he’s very talented and can really punch, but there’s no possible way, with his resume so far, I can put him in my top 5 yet. I mean, based solely on talent he could maybe be there, but so could Tank Davis. Gotta build that resume first. Even Donaire won’t do that much for him, I love Nonito, one of my all time faves, but he’s like 75 now. Inoue needs some top 3 wins at 118 or 122 first in my opinion.
Got to stay more active. Does anyone know when his fight against Donaire is even going to happen this year? He looks great when he fights but with his fights lasting one or two rounds only he should be fighting three or even four times a years instead only the twice a year he been doing in recent years.
Inoue is unquestionably P4P King in my opinion. He's no defensive wizard, but that's because he's an offensive juggernaut. His punch selection is the best in the game (maybe since JMM) and his bodywork is breathtaking (literally and figuratively). Inoue can KO anyone with any one of his punches with either hand.
I NEED TO BUY SOME INOUE LESBIAN MERCH Mizuno is not selling ****. What the hell? I WANT TO THROW MONEY AT YOU GODDAMNIT
At 118, YES!. But not the best overall. He is on his way to become one if he keep knocking out opponents in 2 rounds.
