The styles which Khan hates the most are the walking down styles/Pressure fighters like Maidana.

When you give Khan time stand in front of him or move away from him is when Khan is in his zone.

Khan is going to use his reach and jab in the first half of this fight to break Zab down, and will not over reach or over use the right hand as Zab will be looking to set Khan up.

Khan should win this and make it look simple in my view, but lets see July 23rd is not far off now, cant wait. :yep

C'mon man, the kid's only 24 years old. And has already proved himself more than Hatton and Calzaghe had at that age, maybe you're being a bit too harsh on him.

You have to admit he showed a lot of heart against Maidana and some impressive skills against Kotelnik and Malignaggi.

Who was Zab's victory to fame? Corley? Spinks? When you actually take a look at Zab's record, he's fought everyone but hasn't beat anyone remotely similar to Khan. The guy lost all his big fights.

Khan doesn't have the ability to keep Zab outside the whole fight, he also tries to engage even though he has no inside game.

I expect Khan to start quick and to fad and get caught mid or late.

Lost fights @ 147lbs against bigger men. Beat everyone @ 140 except Tszyu. Actually, Spinks is the roadmap to Khan. Khan is a Spinks replica, just different weight. We all know what happened to Corey in both fights. If, and it's a big if, Zab touches Khan in the same fashion he was "touching" Corey, it'll be a short night for Amir...:bbb:good

Yeah, but he lost to them. Spinks is heavier (not bigger in terms of height and range) and better than Khan, but not faster. And Zab needed 2 tries to beat him, and that was a younger Zab.

Now I do think Zab is a live underdog, but I still feel he'll get outworked and drop a decision, or perhaps get gassed and stopped by accumulation in the latter rounds.

How is Khan similar to Spinks?

Spinks is a defensive minded southpaw. Better defense and generalship than the orthodox Khan, but not as active with his hands and doesn't have as much pop.

That's the same way I see it, TS. He's faced better guys than Khan, but he hasn't consistently beat better guys than Khan. He'll have an uphill battle in this one, but he's definitely got a shot. I'm looking forward to seeing how this one turns out!

For all you guys predicting a Zab Judah win, Let's not forget that Judah went went 2-4 (1 NC) from 2006 to 2008 and has been carefully matched since.

    He hasn't improved.

His first comeback win against Ernest Johnson? Johnson lost his next fight to Marvin Cordova Jr and hasn't fought since.

Ubaldo Hernandez had 19 losses on his roster and hasn't fought since losing to Zab.

Jose Armando Santa Cruz was coming off a win against Anthony Mora who was 15-4 and hasn't fought since.

Matthyse was decent but no worldbeater.

Kaizer Mabuza was decent but no worldbeater.

I disagree with the bolded. When Alexander, Bradley and Khan move up (probably by next year), Matthysse stands a great chance of taking over at 140.

Again...we already know who and what Zab is. The real question is who's Amir Khan? He hasn't beaten anyone this fast and experienced before. I'm not sure he has what it takes.

The closest you can say that has Judah's style is Paulie, but they're nowhere near the same.

Zab is a live dog in this fight no doubt. I could see him stopping Khan early. I might put $100 on Zab by KO if the odds are good.
