:rofl @ the excuses scrolling down the left hand side. Jose is a good fighter...I"m sure he did well in there with PAC for sparring but it was clear the video was edited. Anyone can edit footage of sparring and make it whatever you want it to be. PAC is known to push his sparring partners to try and take his head off....money is on the table if they are able to score a KD, so they are gunning for Manny in every session. The truly good sparring partners have their moments with him. Jose seems to be one of them.

Sparring is sparring, fight night is what matters, it's well known Manny gets his ass beat in sparring at times, it's even whispers going around the boxing community that Guerrero stopped Manny recently during sparring, it happens, the same with Mayweather and Spadafora.

Manny do needs to stop half assing it during training/sparring, and implement defense instead of taking those shots on the ropes it's starting show on fight night, rough sparring has been the undoing of many great fighters

 

I am surprised there is no mention of Mayweather-Spadafora in here.

But even so, Manny has no excuse to be getting his ass beat like that in sparring at this point of his career, considering he is p4p and at the top of the mountain. Mayweather was badly out of shape and learned from his mistakes and never looked back, with every Manny fight we hear stories about him getting whooped in sparring, if Manny don't get his fire back he's due for a rude awakening if the JMM 3 fight wasn't enough
