[VIDEO] -- Manny Pacquiao 3.9.10 Open Workout from Texas

  1. Doing ballistic movements for the rotator cuff muscles is not recommended. It is actually more likely that he does damage to those delicate muscles by doing the movements in that manner.

I find Floyd Mayweather much more impressive in his training videos. Manny's workouts are a lot different but you can tell how much Floyd pushes himself in his sessions!

I'm still 50/50 on Manny and his behind the scenes

First time I've seen Pac jump rope. He's not great. lol.

  4. LOL! Yeah, definitely not the 2nd coming of Duran or SRL with the jump rope. Don't tell anyone, but it's because his footwork really isn't that great. Shhhhh.

Yeah, if only MAyweather were allowed to use his jump rope against Manny Pac...Pac wouldn't stand a chance!

He was ok, but it didn't show that much either. His training video was also just ok, but didn't show enough either.

As for working his rotator cuff WTF is wrong with that? He's doing a little band...Not like he's lifting heavy with the rotator cuff. You have to build up all your muscles! Like those guys who bench 500, and tear there rotator cuffs eventually...Because there rotator cuffs (or whatever muscle it might be) are weak to be handling the weight compared to there bigger muscle groups (chest, triceps, etc).
Plus, Manny's wasn't even LIFTING really...It was stretching! First he did the band, and then his strength coach stretched him out before his workout.

It's only a few days out from the fight. He's not going to go all out in these kind of training sessions, but rest assured he trains like a ****ing animal at the Wild Card.

His footwork is amazing. Some people just spend more time doing footwork drills than jumping rope.
