It's unfortunate that things have gotten to the point now where a boxer can be questioned just because they hired a new fitness trainer and worked especially hard for what could be one of the biggest fights of their career. Imagine, putting all that work in and being accused of using steroids. Must be disheartening. Floyd is mostly to thank for that, but what can you do. Of course, if Marquez did manage to win this one, the ******* excuse would be steroids, no doubt. Threads like these are pre-empting excuses for a Pacquiao loss.. just in case. This is what people don't get, it's not rocket science! and it doesn't even need much specialist equipment. If I weren't so lazy and unmotivated I would get that physique. Just need to train in the right way. As I said in an earlier post, Train for explosive strength, lots of power work, lots of sprints, Heavy weights in short, sharp bursts. That way you will not slow down, you will have a lot of functional strength and not become just a huge brick that looks like he;s walking through treacle all the time.

Anyone can get that physique! And you DON'T need a strength and conditioning coach. But you need to be super motivated and put in the hard work.
