Why do these fighters blame the trainers for terrible performances. Brian Hughes knows him inside out , IMO its a terrible move to leave Moston and Collyhurst. Matty is one Dimensional , hes a 5 foot 5 Light Middlewight what else can he be but a swarming pressure fighter. He should of just gone back to the drawing board with brian and looked the small defeat and learn from it.
you must be related to brian or be him to come out with them comments.for one hes 5 foot 8 and for two he doesnt blame anyone he just says its time for a change.Whats wrong with a fighter wanting a change if he feels a trainer has took him as far as he can gnly time will tell if the move proves to be the right one
he wont get to soem serious hieghts but very compact figter. his win over pryce is amazing considering. changing camps no doesnt seem like a great idea but he might improve.
