I don't think they are to far apart to be honest BUT as a fighter, 2010 Pac is clearly better than 2010 Mosley. SSM can still handle himself but Father Time is NOT on his side, PBF gave him 2 checks; 1 nice big paycheck and a reality check.

You are right. Going into this fight I kept saying it was his short overhand right that was gonna be a problem and he stopped throwing it. Here's another thing. Closing the distance with that shot is Mosley's thing. But he kept telegraphing all his shots with that pawing jab of his. He wasn't so much jabbing as he was saying I'm gonna set up a big shot once I start pawing and Mayweather was ready for it. He ****ed up going in there trying to jab with that crap jab of his, should have gone in there with those fast power shots like he's always done.

 

Yeah Pac would have done magic...Rocked Floyd and then when Floyd reach out to clinch Pac would have tapped him on his back to show he wasn't in front of him, he was behind him...

 

Mayweather keeps getting underestimated, Mayweather keeps winning. Relying on excuses only sets up your favorite fighters for beat downs.

You can't beat Mayweather unless you have a strong defense, Point Blank Period. The problem is people strickly focus on if Pac can catch Mayweather with something or what Pac can do offensivley. Yet give me a reason to believe that Pac can stop ANYTHING Mayweather can do.

I don't see how Pac can stop Mayweather's jab with the reach and speed he has. And if he can't stop Mayweather's jab then he isn't going to be able to stop Mayweathers left hook or over hand right.

Cotto, Hatton, Marquez all had shot reach. Pac was able to land first as they all had to enter Pac's punch range in order to hit him yet they didn't have the speed to land first. Marquez did a great job with footwork and timing which is why he was still able to do damage. Mayweather has reach, speed, timing and footwork.

 

yeah he fought like a true champ. Floyd almost dropped his ass in the 6,, 7, and in the 8th if that damn ref would have stayed out the way in round 8.
