speaking of that....Mexican fans claim they support boxing the most but Mayweather most recent PPVs against mexicans were lower than the ones vs a Puerto Rican and African American:think
his last fight did 1.4....he has a new deal with a bigger television company...a company that happens to be the #1 Broadcasting company in the US & #2 in the entire world. Is it that far fetched?
Yeah, they always say that. I've never seen any statistical data on that stuff. Wonder what type of sales are generated from the white boy crowd, I know I can't be the only one. :!:
This content is protected :good but he was fighting Cotto then who is the third or fourth biggest draw in the sport. Plus he had Mosley vs Canelo on the undercard. I think the fight will do at most what Ortiz did. Ortiz was easier to sell to the public. I remember being in the car and hearing Oscar De La Hoya on the radio telling everybody that Ortiz is like a southpaw Jose Luis Castillo with more power and pressure :nut
Was really starting to enjoy the Ortiz fight before that **** went down. Floyd has fought less than 16 rounds in the last 35 months or so.
I rather interesting watch I must say. Thank you for recommending this. I must profess to gaps to my knowledge about Mr Mayweather that as a result of watching this documentary have now been filled.
The All Access ratings have been absolute ****. Down like 75% from what the 24/7 with Cotto drew. The thing about that though is it's heavily due to fewer subscribers which is something you need not be to order the PPV.
same here, I was looking forward to seeing Floyd open up more on him. There was gonna be more flurries like the one he opened the round up with against him
yeah canelo who hasn't even did a PPV helped the cotto #s Where was Canelo on the Mayweather-Mosley undercard that did 1.5 without Caneloatsch
open up?:huh Well in 4 rounds Mayweather threw 208 punches to Ortiz's 148. Mayweather landed 73 punches to Ortiz 26. Did you watch the fight? Mayweather was lacing that boy up easily. 61 of Mayweathers 73 punches were power shots. Yeah he needed to open up more.
Oscar really wanted Ortiz to be something special. I remember him being on ESPN during the week of the Kirkland-Julio fight talking about how Victor Ortiz was probably the best fighter in the sport. ****ing ******ed. Luckily for Oscar, he and GBP got their hands on a native Mexican with charisma, a more unique look, and more ability than Ortiz.
Haven't watched it yet. Does it come across as he's playing upto the camera like he does on 24/7? If so I'm sick of that act.
Quoting compubox should warrant a ban here on ESB. Easily one of the lamest things you can do as a boxing fan atsch
