    Ok well...no need for compubox. I watched the fight and Ortiz didnt land more than 30 punches in 4 rounds. Although compubox isnt 100% accurate because of obvious human error, it isnt totally false.

    So how many punches did Ortiz actually land in your opinion since your eyes watching a TV screen lounging on a couch is much better than those of professionals that are sitting ringside.

    I know Oscar loves Floyd not just from ppv sales, but he fights all his GBP stable and gets their names out there. Floyd has 6 more GBP fighters that he's gonna make a star

    you are an idiot. Go back and watch the damn fight and you will see Mayweather opened up. The fact that he threw over 50 more punches and landed over 50 more punches directly implies that he "Opened up". Unless your idiotic definition of "opening up" means swinging wildly and allowing yourself to be defenseless.:patsch

    Are you denying that having Canelo vs Mosley on the undercard didn't help the ppv sales? I think Floyd would have sold up to 1.4 million on his own, but having Canelo and Mosley on that card surely help

    Yes Ortiz was going to get an ass whooping. He was already getting his ass handed to him in 4 rounds. Mayweather didnt need to "open up" he was already picking him apart with jabs and right hands. Thats all that is needed vs the caliber of fighter that Ortiz is.
