    Um no...

Corley didn't give him trouble, he caught him with a good shot but if you watch the whole fight you can clearly see that Floyd dominated.

Ortiz regardless of what anyone says never had Floyd in trouble. He had a couple of flurries here and there but not once was Floyd in trouble

Guerrerro landed maybe 20 punches the whole night,

Pacquiao may be different, but it is a myth that southpaws give him trouble

He can't be as defensive since his defense is less effective against them.

    Good ****ogy

True, I think that overhand right, over the shoulder troubles him more.

He just looks a little awkward and less effective against them. I wouldn't say they trouble him.

Yes, its how Mosely got him and how Maidana repeatedly got him

I think even Ray Leonard said if he had to face Floyd this would be his punch

As far as this south paw thing goes hes only had isolated moments of struggle whereas several orthodox fighters have given him 12 rounds of difficulty

Floyd tends to eventually walk down and back up southpaws and I am curious if by round 5 or 6 if he has Manny timed if we will see him backing Manny up and hitting him to the body and wearing him down

Its hard to time a quick footed guy like Pac especially if he's moving laterally. It took him a long while to suss out / time Hatton and his footwork isnt on Mannys level

Floyds been hit on the chin by southpaws and orthodox fighters...and they all get solved in the end. Just like other fans, you all under estimate the ring smarts of Floyd. Judah was a southpaw who countered against Floyd more than attacked him and was solved. Corley turned slugger against Floyd and caught him several times and lost.. This same Corley hurt Cotto as well. Don't even mention Ortiz or Guerrero, they did nothing against Floyd and all others are irrelevant. Pac will find out why Floyd is one of the best defensive fighers who ever lived. The mind goes along with Floyds defense and Floyds offensive will be consistent on Pacs face lol. Unite Pac fans, unite!

Sanders was competitive, but I thought Floyd deserved the decision as he landed the better shots in at least three of those four rounds. Reggie came to fight, though and gave Floyd a pretty stern test for his sop****re performance.

floyd squares up more against southpaws to land the straight right and is usually more offensively minded, this does make him more susceptible to his opponents offense, but, let's be honest, once he's taken inventory of his opponents offense and habits, he adjusts and dominates. not sure if this will be the case with pac and his angles, but pac's best chance is in the first four rounds. i really just hope the fight has a definitive ending.

its about the height and reach...not about the stance....
