And I know it doesn't surprise you. ESB has ALWAYS been this way.

For example, in 2000, Sheika was on the receiving end of two head clashes with Calzaghe (no different than anything Ward has EVER done) and came out of it cut and the more damaged fighter and these same types of clown boys never mentioned it once at that time either (but, oh the Kessler/Ward fight, does that receive reiteration and accusatory hyperbole). There are no mysteries about why. ESB is a message board of guys who POST about boxing. Not athletes, not boxers, just internet dudes. Athletes are too busy to be posting and black athletes aren't going to be concerned about what a bunch of non-athletic novices think about anything or coming here on their rare free time. The ESB demographic has always been close to 95% non-black. With so few blacks from anywhere posting here, all of the polls, any of the threads, and in all of the comments, etc., they all need to be adjusted (for reality) if one really wants a reasonable view of anything about the sport. Can't have a bunch of non-athletic white dudes posting in the vast majority and expect to avoid the inherent racist motivations that pervade too many of these minds (not any different than in society at large where blacks are a small minority). Always going to be a 1/3 or more that can't escape what their bigoted parents "taught" them.

Ward should be quite a favorite to whites being half white. The reality is that (on ESB) to many he is still "half-black" which is too much. Thus, he receives a far different evaluation HERE than he would if this was a website of athletes (of any color), and especially black athletes. White athletes KNOW the talent in their black counterparts because they have to compete against them. Only on ESB - due to being a population of "white" non-athletes (i.e., internet posters) - do you get these absurd poll results and even more biased views than one could imagine being possible.

Are you seriously trying to say Ward doesn't use his head, elbows and forearms more than his opponents?

It was easily one of Wards most aesthetically pleasing performances.. Credit where credit is due. Fairly clean fight from him aside from that obvious unintentional low blow.

 

Other than that one low blow Ward was clean in this fight. He likes to bend down below his opponents waist. I thought Barrera would get sucked into reaching down for a punch and get countered.:hey

 

Exact and on point. Every black fighter is boring, dirty, overpaid, overhyped, etc.

Every Euro fighter (because their are no American white fighters they are all online complaining or at the UFC)

1. is a beast (even when they get stumbled and hit flush in the ring or dropped like Kovalev was),

2. better than every Black fighter in history,( in accordance to Slavic Fluffer the confused white kid from Idaho who thinks he's Russian)

3. paid fairly (Loma vs Walters disproportionate pay of $900,000 vs Walters being offered $500,000, GGG climbing pay against bums too.)

4. Should be P4P and making Mayweather money even though (Kovalev could not give away tickets in Las Vegas, or GGG fighting no name competition with HBO up his ass like a puppet but can't get these same white guys to buy his fights like Mayweathers)

5. Blame the Blacks for White fighters lack of American appeal, because of HATE!!! (Last I check Blacks were only 13% of the population and less than 1% of 1% even like boxing, not enough Blacks to hold back the Mighty whitey)

But hey what do I know? I like all fighters, but I'm still label a racist. I live in reality. Buy the ****ing fights. Damnn it!!!
