    I think he lifted him up in the air on purpose but he didn't toss him over the ropes dude just slipped. Notice how nobody jumped in the ring after Baiely they guy just hits to hard lmao

    He didn't throw him out of the ring at all. He lifted him and that's it. He didn't toss him. He lifts him and then doesn't move. Ouali then (intentionally or not) puts his hand on the ropes behind him and goes over. Bailey had no reason to do that he was about to KO him.

    Nah, you can tell he didn't do it by purpose. He lifted him, which was intentionally done, but then the other guy just falls back.

    You can also tell by Baileys motions that he had that like "oh ****" type of face.

    Not done on purpose, no way.
