Here's my conclusion.

Bailey was winning the fight hands down. Ouali is nothing special. Bailey is stupid. He should be DQed. But Bailey still has a future, weak mind and weak chin but still Great Power.

This just show how overrated Roger Mayweather as a trainer and also it shows that Mayweather Promotions will no go nowhere as a promoter. I think this is the end of Mayweather promotions. I think Roger will lose a lot of aspiring fighters in his stable. Then Floyd will lose a lot of money in his trials & settlements.

Basically, Bailey lifts him and turns him at the same time, Ouali ends up basically sitting on top of the ring post and Bailey lets go. There's no pushing action from Bailey or force applied to push Ouali out the ring whatsoever, Ouali simply leans back trying to grab the top rope and falls.

Bailey shouldn't have done that though. He shouldn't have lifted him and turned him by the ropes because there was always the danger.
