I agree. We can see by his eye's expression that he was not out during a few second. It was a hard punch but not more. If we compare with the another fast stoppage one day before ( Stevenson-Gonzales), Gonzales, by his eye's movement was out, but not Andrade.

A stoppage a bit premature. It's sad to see how Andrade is not the same guy in terms of strenght and energy.

Or he is exactly the same. The guy is not the second coming of Cassius Clay. I guess if the only fighter you follow has a resume built around beating a B level guy, you need to take the time to scrutinize every nuance of said B level fighter's career.

Yup. Andrade gets rocked like that every fight. That's his style. He recovers well and keeps coming, though... Unless the referee takes him out. :fire

I was there watching the fight live and thought it was a good stoppage. I mean you could hear those rights Bryant was landing loud! Watching it now on the vid, i think the ref could of waited a little longer.

Like I said, a bit premature. It's not a bad stoppage but it was Andrade, not Jermaine Taylor, so he could have waited a few more seconds. Anyway, Andrade should stop fighting. the motivation is not there anymore. He has eaten too many punches already.

Agree, the stoppage seemed premature, but if the shots were sounding that hard and he was worried (combined with ANdrade not throwing) a standing 8 count seemed appropiate.
