This just goes to show how full of **** team Pac has been about this. Clearly he can function if he has blood taken within 30 days of a fight. So that restriction is nonsensical. This guy has lost more than a teaspoon of blood during a fight yet now he needs at least 30 days to recover from a shot? The people claiming there will be multiple blood tests per day are also full of ****. The USADA testing guidelinse call for 3-5 random blood tests. The horse**** about the Morales fight is just that, horse****. I remember watching that fight, I remember the leadup to the second fight. The controversy was over how Morales had picked the brand of the gloves. Pac complained a lot about that. There was no mention of any blood tests. It's no coincidence that this bull**** comes out when Manny is being asked to be blood tested for PEDs. Pacquiao is not squirmish about needles as Arum claims, there is no superstition. It's all a bunch of made up bull****. 3-5 Random blood tests will not disrupt Pacquiao. The numerous random **** tests would probably be more disruptive. Of course, Pac has no problem with the **** tests.

Has he the 10 million per pound request. He said he wants wiggle room. Its a 147 fight so needs to turn up on that. Doesnt have the belt so coming over doesnt mean anything to him. Unless Pac refuses to fight or he has to give up a lot of money. They havent signed so cant say he has agreed to the 10 Mil issue

This is what i dont understand, people have said when has this type of testing ever been done before in boxing.

I counter that with when has someone ever stipulated that if you come in 1lb over the limit you have to pay 10 MILLION DOLLARS FINE.

Mayweather camp are happy with this. It has already been agreed.

Both camps have agreed ON EVERYTHING apart from this drug testing that Pac is concerned about.

ok, in that case they better resolve the issue soon. Else both camps need to feel the wrath of boxing fans. Really they should ask for this to be done across the sport. If not Mayweathe should accept or tell the commission to make it official. Then they can fight when its gone throught the channels.

Until then Pac has the right to refuse, doesnt look god though. But maybe some agreement can be met

Genuinely, I will be seriously upset if Pac has been using steroids, and to be fair, this lame storyline of being scared of giving blood when he has tattoo' and enjoys being teared up with JMM for 24 rounds, does not quite sell.

Any rational heads going to tell me this is a silly bit of PR?

In addition, Schaefer told ESPN.com that the sides had agreed on an unprecedented penalty if either fighter weighed in heavier than the contract limit of 147 pounds.

"We agreed to $10 million per pound, or fraction thereof," Schaefer said. "That's what the Pacquiao side wanted and we said OK to that. That's unheard of. We have agreed on everything except for this drug testing issue. I have to think Pacquiao is unaware of this. The drug testing had been part of the contract for a while and then they suddenly said no. I was informed of that [Tuesday] morning. Suddenly they changed course and I don't know why."

You guys are getting desparate. Mayweather complied with Pac's demand. The only reason the contract isn't signed is because Pac is trying to go back on an agreement. The WBO belt will be on the line. That bull**** about wiggle room is false was already shot down by Ellerbe.

You are a ******. Of course he hasn't been using steroids, that's why he passes drug tests and always complies with drug testing rules. What part of that do you not understand?

That's because you are biased ****ing moron though. Pacquiao complies with STANDARD drug testing rules and always PASSES standard drug tests. Why would he bend over to any demand that Floyd decides on? Imbecile.

Looks like he read Mayweather Sr's Bible. Thou Shall not Research Facts.
