I doubt we'll see anything more interesting or exciting than this on Saturday......and this wasn't that interesting or exciting.

 

i think someone tried to provoke Vitali into a fight during a stare down before, but Vitali said something like not now you fool, we get paid to fight tomorrow ....be cool if someone could verify this, i heard about it on this forum a while ago

 

yeah, considering Vitali has a kick-boxing background, it's safe to assume he can handle himself outside the ring too.

I don't doubt that. But in a street fight i'll take more than just boxing skills. Vitali is a good kick boxer too, so he has more all round ability than many other boxers.

Who would actually go against Vitali? ... He just pulled Johnson's hoe card by taking his glasses. Now the psychological war has been won ... and it seems like Wlad had to put his two cents in with that evil ass stare of his.

Now I think about it I remember a interview with Haye and Vitali just talking about a potential fight between the two. Vitali was real relaxed by all DH trash talk and actually punched Haye on the shoulder like to say he's in control. Haye just laughed and talked but seemed just a little intimidated. The fight never happened as we know, but I don't think it just was because of Juan carlos gomez.

 

Don't forget the press conference they had at a restaurant when trying to get the Vitali Haye fight.

Haye threw the U.K. mens fitness magazine (the one with the severed heads pic of the brothers) on the table Vitali and his wife were sitting at. That was bad enough but it was also the first time Vitali had seen the severed heads pic.

Reports were that Vitali grabbed Haye by the throat and ragdoll'd him.
