Is it normal for him to be training before the initial press conferences have even kicked off?

If not, it seems Pac is taking this opponent more seriously than others. I hope so.

  4. All the smiling and happy demeanor gives away the roid use.

compared to?those earlier training vids of him being superfast are usually from his 130 days I think, he looks pretty good for a first day, he probably weighs low 150's now. Im really hoping his speed isnt fading away, thats basically what makes him so great at welter now.

emmanuel can move back down to 140 when he can't rely on his speed no more to "outbox" some of those guys at 147.
I thought it was his legs in the last fight.:huh

yeah but I dont think his handspeed is the problem, his hands are still very fast for welters to deal with, its his legs and lateral movement, he was bouncing around superfast vs hoya and hatton even cotto but it seems to be slightly going down every fight since then.
I hope it was just a incident because of his leg cramps but i'm affraid his legs might be getting slower.

If this is the first day of training, then it's probably makes sense that he's slower.

Even if that were the case...His legs were good enough to knock down Mosley once (better than Floyd could do against a gassed Mosley), and basically win every round. I think at this point even if Pac's legs aren't as good as they once were, that he's to skilled, experienced, durable, and obviously these days he hits pretty hard for many people to beat.
