    If anything his hands look faster and more co-ordinated than they did coming into the last training camp. Wonder what gameplan Roach will have for Juan this time round with the 'improvements' he has made.

    He also seemed to be very carefull of mosleys right hand and therefore didnt jump in that much to try to stop him untill he got "knocked down" in the later rounds when he tried to stop him.
    He was basically coasting after the kd with mosley making it a sparring match.

    Nah, I'm just messing.

    Going off from what we saw in the Margarito fight, I'd say Pac is still at the peak of his powers. He may not be as quick as he once was, but of course that's normal considering his ring age.

    The Mosley fight is misleading. It didn't give us a chance to see where Pac is at. It wasn't even a fight. It was a game of tig (or tag, if you prefer). He spent most of his time chasing, as oppose to fighting.

    from what I know Freddie is in Colorado right now working with the U.S. Olympic team.

    i guess pac is gonna start off with Buboy & friends for a couple of weeks.

    This is his 1st day of training. You expect him to be fast and nimble? I'll wait after 4 or 5 weeks. Then we'll see .

    No, emmanuel is showing he is losing speed and his power pellets aren't working anymore
