There's a documentary on power lifting in prison, the guys in it are stacked. Muscle takes a good while to go so if you had it on the outside your keep it on the inside. Also don't be thinking they can't access steroids in prison! They don't have full time jobs so they aren't wasting the calories they get on other things. Your obsessed with "you don't need weights" and your right, look at barbarians on YouTube, doesn't mean you'll get better results than you would using weights.

Alright, your argument I've just proven is flawed to ****. Although my kitchen is now flooded as it turns out carrier bags have to have holes in them! I got about 12kg in an asda bag and about 20kg in a wilkinsons bag, that probably more than your average gym goer curls.
