    Will the commission get together and come up with testing that does? No
    So is it up to the fighters and the camps to get the ball rolling on it? Yes

    Team Pacquiao is the one who said they didn't accept the terms. You know it's unfair to expect Floyd's people to call Manny's and see if he's agreed to drug tests. You don't agree and change your mind, you let the other party know.

    Hmm.. Arum just admitted lying about Floyd the last time he parted his lips about him and Pac but I guess any news is better than none. You happen to have/know where I could find this interview outside of this clip?
