    I dont think Roger realized he has said this but these comments open up a whole can of worms. If Floyd only picks fights with fighters he believes he can beat then it makes sense as to why he didnt fight certain fighters years before. I am not going to even mention pacquiao, cuz that is just a back and forth tussle between tests and who sed vs. who sed.

    in other note, Roger talks about victor and says he is good, but not great.

    That's with any top fighter. Cherry picking always happens in boxing because a loss is potentially devastating to a guy's career.

    Answer this question whats the difference between this and Freddie Roach saying he don't let his fighters get in the ring with people he know they can't beat, Mayweather nor Pac is scared of eachother, they are fighters, that do this for a living.

    BTW you are totally taking Rogers words out of context.

    To a certain degree, yes. They look at risk/reward. Floyd takes it to another level though. He ducked Cotto when he was undefeated and it would have been very good for his career and it would have brought so much money to him. And now he is doing the same for Pac. Floyd just will not take any risk in that ring. What a shame.

    I keep hearing about Floyd ducking Cotto is there a true source of this?

    As far as I remember, Floyd wanted to fight Cotto and Margarito, but Arum wouldnt give the right amount of money Floyd wanted, add that to the fact that Arum owed Floyd money.

    IMO Arum protected Cotto.
