[VIDEO] Shane Mosley's EPO Admission Video is Leaked Out!!

Big Reg......they are winning the lawsuit. Mosley has claimed his strength coach at the time led him to BALCO and that he was not informed the drugs were BANNED substances at the time he was taking them.

His strength coach attempted to sue him and his LAWSUIT was thrown out. WHY? C'mon ask yourself why was it thrown out if Shane's statements are so blatantly false as you claim.

Now Shane has sued Conte, the same type of lawsuit his strength coach tried against him based on Shane's statements. But Shane's lawsuit HAS NOT been thrown out.....IN FACT IT HAS BEEN HELD UP BY THE COURTS! And Conte is forced to answer to it.

Conte brings up Marion Jones, but Jone's case didn't go anywhere.......Shane's is. You guys are taking the questioning out of context. Conte know's this that is why he leaked it.

But Conte is digging is own grave because Shane's case HAS BEEN STEADILY MOVING FORWARD, and Conte knows this. And when CONTE LOSES he is ONLY making it easier for Shane to claim BIGGER DAMAGES!

I told everyone on this forum when this story broke 7 years ago that Shane took something but it was unknowingly. The reason why Conte is SCARED is because if he is found to have given a substance to someone without full disclosure he is not only open to CIVIL SUIT, he is open to CRIMINAL.

........and that is what Shane has actually been working on all this time. But Judd has had to explain to Shane you can't make a criminal case of this until you win a civil case supporting your assertion that you were misled.

All of the leaks over the past 7 years with regard to Mosley, have been by Conte, because of this ongoing legal battle. And the huge ramifications they have on Conte.

But none of this will have a bearing on the fight May 1st. My advice to Floyd is be ready because Shane is an ULTRA COMPETITOR, and he is looking at Floyd as a means to make a point.

Mark my words all of this will be a moot point, and null and void come May 2nd.

 

Mosley has two losses upcoming. He will lose his lawsuit, and he will lose on May 1.

 

Wrong.......that is why it was Conte's attorney who were the one's who threw out the trial balloon for mediation. But Shane's position are so firm that HAS GONE NO WHERE!

It wasn't Shane and Judd looking for mediation.......Conte is going to lose, and or he is going to squash his book and all future statements. Conte is playing a game of Chicken, he thinks he can get out the way just before he suffers any real legal ramifications.

Come May 2nd you won't be posting here because you'll be too depressed after Shane gets put into retirement. Shane can continue telling fairy tells all he wants about how he truly believed he was injecting himself with $1,000 vitamins, that's on him.

Just curious,who do you feel won the second fight between Oscar and Shane?

It's weired to me,both fights IMO were close.Oscar was the aggressor in the first fight but i felt he stuck his nose out alil to much and didnt change his style going into the second half.I felt he should of mixed being aggressive with boxing.Great fight that was close.Split for Shane.

In the second fight,Oscar did a great job changing his style from the first fight from being aggressive to boxing more.IMO Oscar outlanded Shane through out the fight and should of got the nod.So if Oscar did better in the second fight,how does Shane get a split dec in the first fight and a unanimous dec in the second?

Oscar was the champ coming into both fights.And people say Oscar got alot of gift wins in his career.IMO most of his loses were suspect,not the other way around.

 

Sturm was the only fight he won that I thought he clearly lost. He had some other wins that were close and could have gone either way but was robbed blind against Tito and I also thought he beat Mosley the second time, first fight I had a draw.

 

This story is incredibly old, but yet it becomes new news everytime Conte opens his mouth.

Here is the time line.

2003 Mosley admits under oath to same thing this video states. Mosley passes lie detector test saying he unknowingly took illegal substance, thus admiting he tooks something but didn't know it was illegal.

Sept 2007. SI comes out with a story about Mosley doping. Mosley admits he did but didn't know it was illegal.

Dec 2008. Mosley's Grand Jury Testimony leaked. Stating the same thing that he took EPO, Cream, Clear, but didn't know it was illegal.

Now this story.

Everything about what Mosley has been saying has been pretty consistent. He admits he took EPO, but he admits he didn't know it was illegal. It is the same every single time. What about this story is news worthy. We already knew this all to be true.

The only inpretation of this is who is telling the truth. Did Mosley really think EPO was legal? Or did Conte mislead him? Most fans will side with Conte, a convicted felon with financial interest in a book that is being held up by this suit. Most Fight fans will go out of there way to make Conte the hero in this and that he is cleaning up sports. But the guy is a sleazeball and an attention *****.

Mosley is in fact guilty of taking EPO, unknowingly(to its legality) or not. He made a terrible decision in trusting Conte. But in reviewing the history of both men, who are you going to side with. An upstanding citizen like Mosley or a felon like Conte. Who has a track record for truth and who doesn't?

Why do people keep rehashing this story as if there is a smoking gun.

We now have video of Mosley saying the same thing he has said for 7 years...who gives a damn.

Now if info on Mosley comes out that he was using more then that 1 time in his career then that would be huge. But this is just another attempt by people to bring this OLD story to the forefront.

Let it go people!! And let's look forward to the fight on May 1st

Not sure if this was recently leaked or whatever but regardless Mayweather is playing a very dirty trick by even just bringing up Shane's drug use all the time.. He's really tryin hard to get Shane loses his focus.. not very cool..

 

Barry Bonds says he's proud of Shane too, but not as proud as he is of Mark McGuire.....

Seriously though, All things being equal.....I don't think the PED's helped Shane cause he did a lot better against De LaHoya the 1st time they fought unless the 2nd time they fought Oscar was taking PED's as well....

 

Whether Shane loses, or wins on a technicality the facts are there and he was guilty as hell. Period. If you read the transcripts he says that he knowingly took EPO in July of 2003. His fight with Oscar was in September of 2003. Thats all you need to know. He was taking EPO as a performance enhancer before this fight and doing it knowingly. Case closed, hes guilty, period. That doesnt mean he wont win his court case on some legal technicality but he is guilty of knowingly taking a performance enhancing drug.
