It seems like there was a lot said in between what was shown, did he get a chance to explain those yes's. Maybe they were just asking for facts and not opinions for instance.

Fact = Mosley was on the clear
Opinion = Mosley didnt know he was taking it

Usually court systems like this only go after what we know for certain, I would assume that in between those takes mosley would have said he did take the clear, but he thought he was taking something else.

I would just like a clear picture before jumping to a conclusion.

I had the same first reaction as you. I immediately though, "there's too much of the original context removed to be able to take the intervew as fact". However, when I watched the full video it didn't really help Shane that much, in fact the same message was given just with a bunch of waffle in between.

For example if i was weak but quick and took som hgh, epo and halo stack or ilgrf then i wuold become amazingly strong.then when i'm off i would just stay strong not amazingly strong but strong if i kept working hard.
